If the campaign you are logged in to is set up for this, you can see on the screen how long you have been logged in and what your total pause time, waiting time, talk time and disposition time have been up to now.
For this you can click on this button at the bottom left:

Note for managers: In the campaign, the 'Agent screen for time statistics' should be set to 'All times'.
Note for administrators: In the options.php, set $ atdr_login_logout_user_link = 1; .
