If you work in Chrome with a (wireless) USB headset and the microphone does not work or your customers experience bad sound quality, proceed as follows:
Press the three dots at the top right of Chrome and go to Settings at the bottom of the menu:
In the Search bar you search for 'micr':
Go down and choose Content settings:
On the Microphone settings page you can choose the device you want to use as a microphone in the top drop-down list field, eg Jabra communication:
If this does not work, choose another device and try again. Also make sure that the Telforce server is in the 'Allow' list on that page and that it is not blocked.
